What is ANZAC

Anzac day is on the 25th of April it is the day we celebrate  the Anzac for there bravery in Galipolli
In this video it gives you a brief rundown on what exactly Anzac is if your not sure what Anzac  means it stands for the Australia  and New Zealand Army Corps. If your not a national New Zealand or Australian citizen Anzac day commerorates the date of Gallipoli landing coming up 101 years ago.

Why is it important to stay safe online?

The reason why it is important to stay safe online is because there are some bad people in the world and they could scam you or give you a virus and you could see images that you don't want to see or your family could get hurt. By giving your address away.


Do you stay safe online ?

We were writing biography's on our classmates I did mine on Ben Owen.

 Ben Owen

Ben Owen is a year 8 student at Whenuapai school. he was born on the 29th of December 2003. this is a biography on Ben.

When ben grows up he wants to be a soccer player in the goals like his hero Manuel Neuer.  Ben also enjoys playing other sports like softball and NFL. His first try was when he played rugby when he was 5. He felt very happy and excited because it was his first.

Ben also has a lot of other hobbies including sleeping, watching T.V and playing with his pets, which are his two cats. When his cats were running they ran into a tree. It was funny because they kept falling on their backs when they tried again.  

Ben claims that he has a very good brain which he uses for school and life, and to decide which type of Chinese  he wants.  It keeps him alive and helps him in school.

In summary, Ben Owen lives a pretty interesting life   and has good friends and family.

5 Things I did not do in the holidays!

In the holidays I did not surf wavy beaches with Kelly Slater in Hawaii like a pro.   

I Didn’t skydive with my friend into the L.A night sky.

I Didn’t Go and watch Liverpool at Anfield in the Premier league  

or win a trip for two to Paris   

In the holidays I didn't build a time machine and go back to the stone age and ride a pterodactyl.   

     The best part  of me !  

 

The best of me are my wicked feet they help me run around playing soccer all day. I love my feet when I'm running around at lunch, morning, tea, at home after school and playing on Saturdays. I remember in the last game of last season when we were much better than the other team and it was my second game back from our holiday. We won eight - nil and I scored once and assisted five goals. I can remember another time when we had to win the game to make it past the group stage in a tournament and I was sub. We were losing one - nil, I came on and scored two goals ! We one two - one, and we went through past the group stage and ended up coming fourth in the tournament. I love my feet.
